Fatboy Slim is a British DJ and pioneer of electronic dance music, recognizable by the style of "big beat" which is a combination of hip-hop, techno, rock and rhythm and blues. Fatboy Slim entered the history with his performance on the beach in Brighton 2002 years when he made a real spectacle when 250,000 people dance all night until the early morning hours.

Previously a member of the band Disque Attack, Stomping Pondfrogs and The Housemartins with which the release of the hit singles "Happy Hour" and "Caravan of Love", his first solo success achieved in 1989 with the song "Blame it on Bassline" which he did together with MC Wildskim.

He tooks part in establishing Beats International, Association studio musicians that have done singer Jesse Graham, horn player Ashley Slater and group The Mighty Dub Katz together with Gareth Hansome (aka gmoney). The debut album "Better Living Through Chemistry", in which he found himself hit "Everybody Needs a 303", which published in 1997 is experiencing a huge success. The single "The Rockafeller Skank" was released as the announcement of the album "You've Come a Long Way" became a worldwide hit, and the song "Praise You" with the aforementioned issues becomes his first hit of the ball at the top of the charts in Britain and America. The video for this song was directed by Spike Jones, and the video has won numerous Grammy and MTV awards, while the album won platinum. "Halfway Between the Gutter and the Stars" was released in 2000. In the hit single "Weapon of Choice" in which appears Christopher Walken, was awarded several times and this famous spot is indispensable at all lists the most important in the history of music.
